Executive Director

Tomáš has been the DofE’s Chief Executive since 2015. He is responsible for the strategic development and management of the entire DofE National Centre and is heavily involved in fundraising, partnership building and international collaboration.

Michal Jez

Programme Director

Michal leads the entire program team that takes care of Local Centers across the country. He is involved in grants and projects and works closely with public institutions. He maintains the quality of the DofE programme at a global level and comes up with constant innovations.

Klara Tonkova

Marketing Manager

Klára works at DofE as a marketing manager. He creates marketing and branding strategies, devises campaigns and spreads the idea of DofE throughout the Czech Republic and the online world.

Martina Machová

Relationship manager

Martina is responsible for corporate and individual supporters and fundraising for DofE. She identifies and implements strategic development projects and is the right hand to the DofE’s Chief Executive.

Iva Troupová

HR/Office manager

Iva is responsible for everything that is necessary for the administrative running of the DofE National Centre. She manages the personnel agenda and prepares documents for the accountants.

Kateřina Baušteinová

Regional Manager (Prague)

Katka is the regional manager for Prague. It works on improvements in training areas and oversees the proper functioning of the DofE Social Fund. Do you have a Local Centre in Prague? Then Katka is your person!
